Our team at Creative Boulevard is a close-knit family of individuals who have strengths in different fields. Together, we often find ourselves collaborating on ideation of various projects at the conference table. The climate today has drastically shifted however and we find ourselves as a team, along with many others working from home.
There are tough times ahead but what keeps us motivated and creative is belonging to a team that inspires growth in every capacity. The philosophy we have is there is always learning to be done and this difficult time is just another opportunity for that.
When you take away our conference table, where does that land us as a team? Well to answer that question, out of sight doesn’t necessarily mean out of mind. Truthfully, we never make distance hinder our communication. Here at Creative Boulevard, we leverage the tools of today — programs like Google Hangout, Slack, and many social media platforms.
Our Monday morning virtual meetings are a welcomed interruption to our otherwise isolated routine. We get a chance to connect with one another through our screens, a new age face to face if you will. When you can laugh, share ideas and talk about potential hurdles, you’re able to flourish together as a team.
Clothing and gear are tangible products that can be used to express ourselves. We wear our company pride on our sleeve, quite literally on our apparel. Our team members gladly rep our Creative Crew gear as a reminder we are part of something bigger and are stronger collectively as a group.
This all ties into the subject of brand story-telling. As a business, your story is significant in every way possible on how to stay relevant and visible to the public.
